How does EDIT-R work?
EDIT-R is a panel inside After Effects. You pick your clips and a song, and the Edit Maker builds the edit as normal layers you can change. The AI tools run on EDIT-R's servers and use credits from your account.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, for the AI tools. They run on our servers, so the panel needs to be online while they work.
Will it work on my computer?
EDIT-R runs in After Effects 2020 to 2026, on Mac and Windows. The heavy AI work happens on our servers, not on your computer.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your account page and your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Monthly credits reset each month. Top-up credits never run out while you have an account.
Who can sign up?
You need to be 18 or over to make an account.
What happens to the media I upload?
Media sent to an AI tool is processed and then deleted when the job ends.
